The political drama of Maharashtra has reached its high level. The rebellion in Shiv Sena is increasing. One after the other MLAs are breaking away from the faction of CM Uddhav Thackeray. On the other hand, the MLAs under the leadership of Eknath Shinde have raised the flag of rebellion. Meanwhile, Shiv Sena has started working on Plan B to save the party’s troubles. The party has made a team of MPs from both its houses and activated them to save the government. All these MPs are in touch with Shrikant Shinde, MP son of Eknath Shinde. Supporters of Uddhav are talking about keeping the party united under the leadership of Uddhav along with calling for friendship to MP Shrikant. It is being claimed that the group of MPs has held several rounds of talks with Srikanth.
Maharashtra minister Eknath Shinde has camped in Guwahati along with his supporting MLAs for nearly six days. At the same time, his MP son Shrikant Shinde has taken a front in support of his father in Thane. Recently, under the leadership of MP Shrikant, the supporters of Eknath Shinde had demonstrated by reaching the Shiv Sena office. In such a situation, now other MPs of the party are seen trying to reach Eknath through Shrikant. Shrikant is currently a Shiv Sena MP from Kalyan Lok Sabha seat. The party has 19 MPs in the Lok Sabha and three in the Rajya Sabha across the state. In such a situation, a team of five MPs is in touch with Srikanth. Through this, they are trying to persuade Eknath Shinde by reaching him. Sources associated with Shiv Sena claim that in view of the unity of the party, the group of MPs has held several rounds of talks with Shrikant.
Shinde and Shiv Sena supporters should not fight with each other
Reliable sources related to the group of MPs of Shiv Sena say that after the meeting of CM Uddhav Thackeray recently, all the MPs have also come into active mode. All the MPs are seen making efforts to reduce the tension. Apart from Mumbai, Thane, there should be no conflict between Shinde supporters and Shiv Sainiks anywhere in the state. Because if the supporters of both the factions come in front of each other, then Shiv Sena will suffer the most. That’s why everyone is trying to stop this tension. Apart from this, the group of MPs is constantly talking to Shrikant Shinde. Uddhav supporters are talking about keeping the party united under the leadership of Uddhav Saheb along with praising their friendship to MP Shrikant. On the other hand, all the MPs are also requesting Uddhav Thackeray not to show strictness towards the rebel leaders and insist on reconciliation. However, party MPs also believe that after the statements of both the factions, the dispute has gone a long way. In such a situation, it is not easy to convince the rebels.
Shrikant Shinde furious at Sanjay Raut
Meanwhile, Shrikant Shinde, son of rebel Shiv Sena leader Eknath Shinde and MP from Kalyan, has warned Sanjay Raut. Srikkanth has hit out at Raut for his remark in which the Shiv Sena leader had described the rebels as “body without soul”. Srikkanth said that Raut should speak with his tongue. He is also someone’s father and his family is also watching his statements. This is not the culture of Maharashtra. The whole state is watching the tone in which Raut is making this statement. This happens only when one sees power going away.
Shrikant Shinde said on Monday that Maharashtra Deputy Speaker Narhari Jirwal had sent his father and 15 other disgruntled MLAs under pressure disqualification notices, which was evident from the Supreme Court order. Maintaining status quo against the disqualification notice issued by the Deputy Speaker of the Maharashtra Legislative Assembly, the court on Monday said the disqualification of the MLAs concerned should not be decided till July 11.
