4. Full and Final Settlement in Two Days

With the implementation of the new labor code, companies will have to make full settlement of employees in two days after leaving the job. The worker will also get full money within two days of leaving the job. Presently this process takes 30 to 60 days.

5. Salary coming into account will decrease

With the implementation of the new labor code, where on one hand the contribution of the worker in PF and gratuity will increase due to increase in basic salary, on the other hand his in hand salary or take home salary will decrease. Because, the allowances received by the employees will be cut.

6. Gig workers can get social security
