Sector 9 resident businessman Preetpal Singh has told in the complaint that in the first week of February 2022, a call was received from a person named Mohit Soni that he is a high officer of Natural Herbal Sinus Company, Amandeep Plaza, Ring Road, Indore, Madhya Pradesh. His company is engaged in the business of Ayurvedic medicines. Which has huge profits at very low cost. Due to the high business of the company, there is a need to make an area wise dealer. Pritampal asked him about the terms of trade etc. The accused lured him into his trap by luring him and then on the pretext of supplying medicines, got Rs 36.50 lakh transferred to his account several times. When he started asking for money on suspicion, the accused started making excuses. Later switched off all his mobile numbers. On the complaint of the victim, the police have registered a case against the owner of the company, Pravesh Roy, his associate Nitin Gadge, Mohit Soni, Suraj, Diksha, Jaiprakash, Ankit Gupta.
