Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit Deoghar in Jharkhand and Patna, the capital of Bihar, on 12 July. The Prime Minister will inaugurate and lay foundation stones of various development projects worth over Rs 16,000 crore in Deoghar. After this they will visit and worship one of the twelve Jyotirlingas at Baba Baidyanath Temple.
The Prime Minister’s Office gave information about the above round of PM on Saturday. He will inaugurate Deoghar airport as a significant step to provide direct connectivity to Baba Baidyanath Dham. It has been constructed at a cost of around Rs 400 crore. Baidyanath Dham is an important religious place for devotees across the country.
According to the PMO, Prime Minister Modi will address the concluding session of the centenary celebrations of the Bihar Legislative Assembly in Patna on the same day. He will also inaugurate the centenary memorial pillar to commemorate the completion of 100 years of the Bihar Legislative Assembly.
