It has been told in the letter that the rates regarding the sale of country-foreign liquor have been fixed by the Assistant Excise Commissioner of Chhindwara, Madhusingh Bhayadia issued an official letter on June 6, 2022 in relation to the urban body election expenses and it is clearly mentioned in the letter that The above rates are being made available for monitoring the election expenditure. Such a letter is now becoming a problem for the candidates. It is being said by the voters that the cost of liquor will be included in your election expenses, so you drink alcohol or pay its price in cash, then only you will be voted.
Through the letter, it has been requested to the State Election Commissioner that the above order issued by the Excise Department, which has openly talked about consuming alcohol for the election, which is based on morality, on the basis of constitution and effective code of conduct. is not correct in any part on the basis of is grossly objectionable. Therefore, the order issued should be stopped immediately and action should be taken by registering a case against Assistant Excise Commissioner of Chhindwara, Madhusinh Bhayadia.
