The estrangement between SP and SubhaSP (Suheldev Bharatiya Samaj Party) has now come to the fore. Om Prakash Rajbhar, famous for his impeccable style in the political corridors, has taken a jibe at Akhilesh Yadav. Along with this, many meanings are being extracted in the political corridors of his statement. The internal war going on between SP and SubhaSP now seems to be building a wall. Direct evidence of this was seen on Thursday. SubhaSP MLAs were present in Lucknow, but they did not attend the meeting held at the SP office. Whereas Jayant Chaudhary himself had reached with the RLD MLAs.
A meeting of MLAs was called at the SP office on the arrival of Presidential candidate Yashwant Sinha in Lucknow. Sources reveal that the top leadership of SubhaSP and RLD were also asked from the SP office to attend the meeting, but later it was told that the meeting is not fixed yet. Nevertheless, all the MLAs of SubhaSP were called to Lucknow. After reaching Lucknow, he kept waiting for the call to come to the meeting, but it did not happen. This has increased the displeasure of the SubhaSP.
Sources reveal that this has created a wall between the alliance. SP is also not in a mood to celebrate. When asked in this regard, SP spokesperson Rajendra Choudhary denied having any knowledge of the matter along with saying that he himself was out of the state.
long standing dispute
The estrangement between the SP and the SubhaSP was visible only about the Legislative Council elections. SubhaSP President Om Prakash Rajbhar wanted him to get at least one of the four seats in the Legislative Council, so that his son could reach the House. But Akhilesh Yadav refused. Angered by this, Rajbhar also taunted that the one who won eight by contesting 34 seats got the prize of Rajya Sabha and why ignoring the one who won six by taking 14 seats? After losing the Azamgarh and Rampur Lok Sabha by-elections, Rajbhar commented on Akhilesh that if he had gone to Azamgarh, he would have won the election. We were campaigning in the sun and they sat in the AC. On this, Akhilesh said on Wednesday that SP does not need anyone’s advice. Sometimes politics runs from behind the scenes.
Akhilesh needs Jayant not us
I was not called. The SP president needs Jayant Choudhary. I am no longer needed. The President will take a decision on the election after tomorrow.– Om Prakash Rajbhar, President Subhasp
