  • Lightning with isolated heavy rain is very likely over Odisha, Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Kerala, Coastal Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Karnataka.

17 killed due to lightning in MP
In the last two days, 17 people were killed in separate incidents of lightning in different districts of Madhya Pradesh. Eight people died due to lightning in Gwalior-Chambal division on Wednesday. At the same time, two women died in Bhind in the same way. In Chhatarpur, three people including mother and son lost their lives, while 6 friends who were having a picnic in Sheopur were struck by lightning. Three of them died on the spot. Cloudbursts, floods and landslides killed five people in Himachal’s Kullu and Shimla on Wednesday. Here, two died in Bundi, two in Baran and one in Bharatpur due to lightning in Rajasthan.
