Land mafia Yashpal Tomar, resident of Barwala village of Baghpat, used to take their property by registering fake cases against people. Yashpal Tomar, in connivance with the police, shot at Delhi’s property dealer Girdhari Lal and his driver a year and a half ago at the police station in Brahmapuri, and then took the land after registering a case. Girdhari Lal was having a dispute with his brother.

The then SSP Prabhakar Chaudhary had got the matter investigated, after which the case of Yashpal Tomar was exposed. A case was registered against two people including Yashpal. In the same case, Yashpal Tomar was accused of gangster.

Yashpal Tomar’s property worth Rs 153 crore was confiscated in Haridwar by Haridwar STF three months ago. Meerut Police seized property worth billions in Greater Noida. ASP Brahmapuri Vivek Yadav is investigating Yashpal Tomar. ASP traced the house of Yashpal Tomar’s brother Naresh Tomar. This morning the police and administrative officials reached the spot and started the process of seizure of Kothi.
