Amidst reports of frequent glitches in the planes, now a case of technical fault has also come to the fore in the domestic Indigo flight. DGCA said that during taxiing (movement of the aircraft on the ground) of Raipur-Indore Indigo flight (A320Neo) by the cabin crew, smoke was reported from its cabin. The matter is of July 5 when this incident came to light after landing.
During this all the passengers got off the plane safely. Officials said the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) is probing the incident. The cabin crew noticed smoke in the cabin after the A320 plane landed, officials said. The aviation regulator DGCA on Wednesday issued a show-cause notice to SpiceJet after eight technical glitches occurred in the airline’s aircraft in the last 18 days.
