Thieves stole a large amount of jewelry kept in the cupboard by breaking the lock of the house, no clue was found
Thieves operating in the city stole a licensed pistol and cash worth Rs 6.5 lakh from a national shooter living on the first floor of Sector 77 BPTP Park. In another incident, a large quantity of jewelery was stolen from SGM Nagar by breaking the lock of a tenant’s house. The police have registered a case but the thieves have not been found.
According to the information, Pawan Kumar Vaishnav, a resident of Sanjay Aclave, lives on rent on the first floor of Sector 77 BPTP Park Society. On July 1, he had gone to Dr. Karni Singh Shooting Range Tughlakabad. After eating dinner at around 11.30 pm, he went to sleep. Pawan Kumar is a national shooter. Waking up at around 5.45 am on Saturday morning, he saw that the balcony gate and window of his kitchen were open. When he first went to the bedroom and saw, the cupboard was open and the goods were scattered. When he checked the bag, 32 bore licensed pistol with shooting, 6 live cartridges of six lakh twenty five thousand rupees kept in them were missing. On the other hand, Dinesh Kumar, a resident of twenty foot road, street number nine, SGM Nagar, slept after having dinner. When I woke up in the morning, the lock of the cupboard was broken and huge amount of gold and silver ornaments kept in it were missing. Police have registered a case.
