If illegal construction houses are demolished by bulldozers in any state, then the people there say that Yogi Raj has come here too. The latest case is in Bihar where the biggest action of bulldozer has taken place so far. It is being told that in the area of Nepali Nagar (Digha) of Rajiv Nagar police station area, the administration has started demolishing 70 houses. The administration has taken the help of 17 JCBs for this. During this, more than 2000 police forces are deployed in the area of action. As soon as the action started, people started rioting. When the police tried to remove them, people sprinkled kerosene in the cart and set it on fire, due to which many people got burnt. However, it is being told that due to the strictness of the police, people had to retreat.
The administration had given notice only a month ago
It is worth noting that a month ago, the Patna administration had instructed 70 landlords to demolish the houses in Nepali Nagar Colony, after which people started agitation. People say that if the house is illegal then why does the Municipal Corporation charge tax. We have taken electricity and water connection in the name of this house. Then why and how will their house be demolished?
Later, the Circle Officer heard again
On the demand of the landlords who received the notice, the Circle Officer had heard once again but after seeing the documents, again after giving a week’s time, it was asked to demolish the house. At the same time, for not doing so, it was said that the house should be demolished by the administration and also to pay damages.
