Nargis Dutt Cancer: Actor Sunil Dutt is remembered for his brilliant performance. He was born on 6 June 1929 in Jhelum district of Punjab state of British India. He started his film career with the film Railway Platform, but he got recognition from the character of Birju in the film Mother India. He also got a beautiful Humsafar like Nargis Dutt from this film.
While filming a scene of the shooting of the film Mother India caught fire, Sunil saved Nargis’s life and both of them gave their hearts to each other. Both were so deeply in love that they got married secretly. Life of both was going very well when Sunil came to know that Nargis had pancreatic cancer. Sunil went to America with Nargis to get his wife treated. But during the treatment, Nargis went into a coma.
After Nargis fell into a coma, doctors had advised her to stop her ventilator, but Sunil Dutt did not lose courage and refused to obey the doctors. For four months, Nargis remained in a coma in an unconscious state and finally regained consciousness. After this she was discharged from the hospital and in 1981 she returned to Mumbai. Although nature had something else approved and on 3 May 1981, Nagargis said goodbye to this world.
