Hyderabad. The Bharatiya Janata Party has started preparations for the General Elections 2024. Many campaigns including ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ will be run to increase the reach of the beneficiaries of government schemes and to connect the people with the BJP. Party’s national president JP Nadda credited the party’s victory in the assembly elections to the welfare efforts of the Modi government for the poor. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address Vijay Sankalp Sabha at Parade Ground in Secunderabad on Sunday.
A strategy to increase the party’s reach was chalked out in a two-day National Working Committee meeting that began in Hyderabad on Saturday. Before the meeting, party vice-president Vasundhara Raje said, “All important issues and the current political climate will be discussed in the meeting.” During this, two resolutions will also be taken. The first political and the second economic and related to the welfare of the poor.
Apart from this, the party will also issue a statement on the political situation in Telangana. He said, under the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga Abhiyan’, 20 crore people will be brought together. Apart from this, a campaign will also be launched to reach 30 crore beneficiaries of government schemes.
The party will activate at least 200 workers at the booth level and ask them to spend more time in the area to strengthen the organisation. For this a whole series of programs and campaigns will be prepared. Raje said booth workers are the foundation of the party. A WhatsApp group of booth level workers will be formed and panna pramukhs will be further organized.
At the booth level, the party’s organizational and promotional activities will be reviewed weekly. On the question of discussion on the Udaipur incident in the meeting, Vasundhara said, “It will also be decided in the meeting of the working committee, which issues to focus on and which to leave.”
