Rashtra Kavach: Om Box Office Collection: Aditya Roy Kapoor and Sanjana Sanghi starrer film ‘Rakshatra Kavach: Om’ (Rashtra Kavach OM) could not show special performance on the first day at the box office. The film started very slowly on the first day. Although the earnings of the first day of the film were better than Kangana Ranaut starrer ‘Dhaakad’. Talking about the earnings of the first day of the film, the film has earned Rs 1.5 crore on the first day.
Film trade analyst Taran Adarsh said about the film’s earnings that the film is expected to get more audience due to the action. He said in his tweet that the film has not earned much on the first day but it is expected to accelerate on the second and third days. The film is an action thriller, so it can attract the mass audience towards it.
#RashtraKavachOm is dull on Day 1… [#PVR, #INOX, #Cinepolis] find limited patronage, but mass belt records better occupancy [due to action]… Needs to cover lost ground on Day 2 and 3… Fri ₹ 1.51 cr. #India biz. pic.twitter.com/wCIRQwe17u

The film got bad reviews
This film of Aditya Roy Kapur has not got very good reviews by the critics. This is also believed to be one of the reasons for the film’s declining earnings. Although the actor has a special fan following and seeing him as an action hero is definitely a different treat for his fans. We will have to wait for the weekend to see how the audience reacts to the film.
Better opening than ‘Dhaakad’
The film industry has been going through a bad phase for some time now. Talking about the last 6 months, big stars and big budget films have also flopped badly. However, there were some films which earned more than their expectation. Examples of these are ‘The Kashmir Files’ and ‘Bhool Bhulaiya 2’. On the other hand, if we talk about big budget flop films, then Kangana Ranaut starrer ‘Dhaakad’ had a very bad situation at the box office. The film got a total opening of Rs 50 lakh on the first day.
