A low-intensity blast occurred in Patna’s civil court in which a constable was injured and there was huge panic. In fact, explosives were brought to the Patna court as evidence, in which the blast took place. Patna SSP Manavjit Singh Dhillon said that in this incident ASI Kadam Kuwan Madan Singh suffered an injury in his right hand. No other injured person has been reported.
Pirbahor PS in-charge Sabi-ul-Haq said gunpowder was recovered a few days ago at Patel hostel of Patna University. We took it to court seeking permission for further investigation. There was an explosion as soon as it was kept in the premises. One police officer was injured and is out of danger.
