Trucks caught from IMT area, GST officials taking possession of vehicles are investigating.

CM Flying caught three trucks being sent to other states after filling tobacco products from IMT Ballabgarh and handed them over to the GST department. The GST department is now scrutinizing their papers. It is believed that GST is being evaded in the goods being shipped by trucks.

Rajesh Kumar Chechi, DSP of CM Flying said that CM Flying had received information that goods are being loaded in trucks from the IMT area of Ballabhgarh and sent out of Faridabad. These include evasion of GST. On information, the team stopped three trains originating from IMT Ballabgarh Area Sector 68-69 area on the basis of suspicion. Calling the GST officers and asking the drivers to produce documents related to the goods loaded in the vehicle. Two of the truck drivers failed to produce any documents. Both these vehicles are being told of Vijay Bharat Transport Company, Bata Chowk. He said that these three vehicles have been seized by the GST officials. GST evasion is being assessed by forming a committee for checking the goods loaded in the vehicles.
