A case should be registered against the guilty officer in the farmer’s suicide and arrested. Strict action should be taken against the culprits even in the case of beating the farmer.
When Chaudhary Naresh Tikait warned from the Mahapanchayat to march to the Bijnor Collectorate, the administrative officers persuaded him and then started the round of talks. Those talks also did not reach any conclusion. One week’s time was being sought from the administration. On this, Naresh Tikait said that till the innocent farmers are not released, the dharna will continue at the Mahapanchayat site. If the demand is not met, then again on July 5, a Mahapanchayat will be called at the site of the dharna itself. If needed, the movement will be prolonged and on July 17, the National Panchayat will also be held in Kharak. From here the battle of the entire state will be fought. The dharna continues in Kharak and BKU supremo Chaudhary Naresh Tikait returned to Muzaffarnagar. More than three thousand farmers were present in the Mahapanchayat.
Farmers were called upon to unite

You are restrained, you adapt yourself to every situation, raise your voice unitedly, otherwise these officers will keep on exploiting all the farmers one by one. This government ended the opposition and organizations. Only one BKU organization is left, which is answering the government by raising your voice. Said that the government is going to install electronic meters on private tube wells. Whose electricity bill will come in lakhs of rupees in a year. At the beginning of the first term, talks were held with the Chief Minister, after that the government does not hold talks. We are not against the government, but against the policies of the government. He said that the Agniveer scheme is a fraud with the youth. We oppose this plan.
Officers deployed with heavy police force
In the Mahapanchayat of the Bharatiya Kisan Union, a demand was made to withdraw the cases registered against the farmers in the case of electricity officers. For the success of the Mahapanchayat, the BKU officials and workers were doing public relations for several days. On Tuesday, the farmers reached the Mahapanchayat in their respective vehicles including tractor trolley. In view of the panchayat, police force was deployed in every corner in the surrounding area. Police and administrative officers were present along with the police force. Arrangements for food were also made on behalf of the farmers at the Mahapanchayat site. The Mahapanchayat was presided over by Todar Singh and the Block President Dharmendra Singh Rana presided over it.
